Project Delivery & Revisions

  • Project timelines will be communicated upon agreement.

  • We will provide revisions as per the agreement shared before payment.

  • Any additional revisions beyond the agreed terms will incur extra charges as per the agreement.

  • We commit to delivering designs within the timelines guided by our designers and the agreed-upon services. In rare exceptional cases where we are unable to meet the delivery date due to technical issues, we will inform you as early as possible.

Intellectual Property

  • Clients receive full rights to the final design once full payment is made.

  • KraftMediaWorks retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

Limitation of Liability

We strive for high-quality services, but we are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our designs or marketing strategies.

We do not guarantee any specific growth, success, or results from our designs, branding, or marketing strategies, as outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
